Ota Memorial Museum of Art

Collections contains over 12,000 works of ukiyo-e(woodblock prints). Formerly a private collection. Displays change frequently and have English descriptions.

Ome Kimono Museum

Royal and period kimonos are displayed — these elegant, complex garments must be seen up close to be appreciate. The Imperial kimonos on display should not be missed. The museum is located in a park-like setting that makes one forget they are in the middle of a large, densely populated city.
